LeanCor to add 20 new jobs during period of expanded growth

Northern Kentucky based LeanCor is experiencing unprecedented growth amid headlines of recession and cut backs. So much so that it plans to double its staff and the size of its office during the next year.

LeanCor specializes in helping companies work leaner, lighter and cheaper by applying lean logistics principles aimed to help companies meet their long-term goals by streamlining operations and eliminating wasteful practices.

Currently LeanCor employs 20 workers at its 2,300-square-foot office on Cavalier Boulevard and plans to add 20 jobs and will move in February to a 6,100-square-foot office in the Northern Kentucky Association of Realtors building on Turfway Road.

Of the 20 new jobs, 18 will be high-tech, high-paying jobs for Kentucky residents.

In exchange, LeanCor has received a total of 2.5 percent in state and local payroll tax credits over 10 years and a $350,000 forgivable state loan.
