Named for the ninth president of the United States, Harrison was incorporated in 1850, and grew to become a city in 1981. The city of Harrison is located on the border of Ohio and Indiana in western Hamilton County, and has seen rapid population growth in recent years. The city is now home to more than 13,000 residents as development along Interstate 74 has made Harrison an attractive option for new residential construction.
