Kentucky approves $1.7M for Toyota Boshoku expansion

The Kentucky Economic Development and Finance Authority has approved up to $1.7 million in state tax incentives for an expansion of Toyota Boshoku America's Erlanger headquarters. The incentives will allow the auto parts supplier to more than double its square footage and to hire up to 170 new employees. The new jobs are expected to pay between $27,000 and $87,000, the Louisville Courier-Journal reports.

Toyota Boshoku relocated its headquarters from Detroit to Erlanger in 2007.
