Launched in May of 2007, Social Venture Partners consists of partner teams that contribute $6,000 annually and hundreds of hours a year to help nonprofits grow and thrive.
Many of Social Venture Partners' teams consist of husband-and-wife combinations, but two are father-daughter pairs. Tom Anderle, CEO of Family Investment Services Inc., and his daughter, Essa, were the first such team. The people who make up SVP say having the younger professionals involved in the group has brought more benefits than anyone imagined.
