Hamilton Security is building a third factory, creating 200 jobs

With the hopes of creating a new economic development district and drawing manufacturing jobs to the suburbs, Hamilton Security is expanding to Union Township.

 

The company — with locations in Amelia and Mason — makes safes, vaults, and other security equipment, will hire 200 people to work in the 13-acre facility. After improvements are made to the remaining 37 acres, they will be open for other manufacturing facilities as well.
