On March 27 at 1 p.m., Next City will host an online seminar series with guest presenter Derrick Braziel, managing partner of Mortar.
Braziel’s presentation, titled “Starting from the Bottom: Building a Culture of Opportunity Within Disadvantaged Communities,” will share the challenges and opportunities inherent in community and economic development, and discuss how our current approach to development has exacerbated economic inequality even thought it doesn’t have to be this way.
