This Little Piggy Went… Flying
May 1-3

It's that time of year again when Cincinnati's streets turn into one big pig pen. The 11th Flying Pig Marathon kicks off Friday afternoon with the P&G Health and Fitness Expo and the fun doesn't stop until the last little piggy crosses the finish line on Sunday. Participants from across the country make the trip to Cincinnati to be a part of the third largest first-time marathon in the country. Don't miss the post-race party at Yeatman's Cove on Sunday. Walk It Out
May 2

There's no better way to enjoy the recent sunshine than by taking a stroll with the Architreks Guided Walking Tours. Their 8th season of hitting the streets of Cincinnati begins Saturday with four tours: Findlay Market/Brewery District at 10 a.m.,Mount Adams at 10 a.m., and two Downtown tours both at 2:00 p.m. including a South tour which primarily covers 4th Street-Carew Tower Complex to Taft Museum, and a North tour which includes the 8th and Plum intersection - City Hall, St. Peter in Chains Cathedral and the Plum Street Temple. Put on those walking shoes and take in the unique gift that is Cincinnati architecture. Don't fret if your weekend is already full, the Cincinnati Preservation Association conducts its Architreks Tours until October.


 Esta Un Fiesta

Cinco de Mayo is more than just a day for drinking Corona; it's a celebration of the Latino culture and heritage. For this reason, Cincy Cinco is throwing a Fiesta on Fountain Square  this Sunday from noon until 7:00 p.m. Featuring authentic Latino art, Salsa and Mariachi music with dance performances, tons of food from churros to pollo and, of course, activities for los niños.
