Rudden joins KnowledgeWorks board

In a press release, the KnowledgeWorks Foundation has announced that Eileen Rudden, a leading technology expert and proponent of innovative education reform, has joined the organization's board of directors.

During her career, she has been an executive with Avaya, IBM and Lotus Development and is passionate about education - particularly science education.

Rudden is currently on the advisory boards of the Massachusetts Business Alliance for Education and the Pew Charitable Trust Internet and American Life Project.  She is also a member of the Brown University Board of Trustees.

KnowledgeWorks has used technology to develop its 2006-2016 Map of Future Forces Affecting Education, which has been used by leaders nationwide to identify and plan for coming educational challenges.
