Is there such thing as a perfect pizza?
"Simply put, yes," writes Angie Spencer in the Current, the student newspaper at the
University of Missouri - St. Louis. "It is found at
Dewey's Pizza."
Not only does she like the ability to create her own pie, but enjoys the selection of gourment toppings like prosciutto and goat cheese.
"The toppings worked perfectly together, with one not overpowering the other," Spencer writes. "The bacon was thinly sliced and crisp and the softness of the cheese blended for a perfect dining texture."
The restaurant, which was founded in Cincinnati in 1998, has three St. Louis-area locations.
