The
Gateway Quarter's newest residential project has just entered pre-sales.
The Trideca Lofts Condominiums, a redevelopment project by
Urban Sites Properties at 13th and Vine streets in Over-the-Rhine, contains nine condominiums ranging between 840 and 1,685 square feet.
Prices for the units range between $179,000 and $329,000, and a 3,300-square-foot storefront commercial space is available for lease. When completed July 1, each loft will feature hardwood floors, exposed brick, gas fireplaces, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. All nine units feature different floor plans, and each has access to an elevator and secured parking.
Lofts on the south side of the building will open up onto private triangular decks, and the penthouse loft will feature a private rooftop deck.
One of the nine units is already under contract.
Trideca Lofts will be the first completed building in the Gateway project’s third phase. Trinity Flats, a 38-unit condominium project by the
Model Group, is currently under construction at the corner of 14th and Vine Streets. City Home, a mixed-income project by
Over-the-Rhine Community Housing and Eber Development, will break ground on Pleasant Street next month.
Urban Sites, led by Over-the-Rhine redevelopment pioneer Bill Baum, is working on Gateway projects at 1202 Main Street (the Belmain), 1306 Main Street and 1417-1421 Main Street.
