Pick your favorite piece at Price Hill Showcase of Homes

Price Hill's available housing will be on display during the Price Hill Showcase of Homes from noon to 5 PM this Sunday.

The tour is the brainchild of the Price Hill Pros, a group of experts on the Price Hill housing market who have received training from the Price Hill Housing Resource Center.

"The Resource Center and the Pros have combined to sweeten the deal for potential buyers by offering a bunch of open houses at the same time and in the same place," says Matt Strauss, director of the Resource Center.  "This makes shopping for a home more convenient and there are refreshments and prizes too."

But it's not only the Price Hill Pros who have will open their listings.

"We’ve also had some great help from the Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors to get the word out to agents," Strauss says.  "Their job is to sell homes and my job is to make their job easier, at least in Price Hill.  When you think about it in those terms, we’ve got a beautiful friendship."

Strauss hopes that the event will open peoples' eyes to the diverse styles and sizes of housing available in the neighborhood.

"Price Hill has some of the best, most durable housing stock in the area at the most affordable prices in town," he says.  "Shopping for a house in Price Hill is like picking out your favorite piece at the Cincinnati Art Museum.  There are so many styles and eras to choose from that you could keep on coming back and never make up your mind."

A free map of the homes on the tour will be available at the Resource Center, 3208 Warsaw Avenue, starting at 11:30 AM on the day of the showcase.
