Colliers Turley Martin Tucker (CTMT), Colliers Pinkard and Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers have announced that their three compaines are consolidating their ownership structures into one holding company, making them one of the largest real estate services firms in the United States and giving them a heightened ability to leverage the global power of
Colliers International.
Following this transaction, the holding company will expand to include Colliers ABR in New York.
The consolidated firms hold a property management portfolio of nearly 288 million square feet and a leasing portfolio of nearly 210 million square feet.
The combined company also manages more than 20,000 locations for Fortune 1000 companies, delivering a new location every 80 minutes.
With an office in downtown Cincinnati, CTMT is one of the nation's largest privately held real estate services firms, completing annually more than $5 billion in worldwide transactions and managing more than $20 billion in real estate assets.

The three firms have served commercial real estate clients for a combined 195 years and operate in all 50 states.
