Corbin Park model home completed

Revolution Properties LLC has completed its model home at Corbin Park in Cincinnati's East End, the first in what will be 11 new homes along the riverfront.

Available for $637,500, the four-bedroom single-family model at the corner of Riverside Drive and Corbin Street has been built to be the ultimate in quality and efficiency.

The home offers 2-by-6 framing, two high-efficiency hybrid HVAC systems, an energy-efficient water heater and energy-efficient Bosch appliances.

"The home also features Crestron and Lutron home automation," says Logan Reynolds, vice president of Revolution Properties.  "With one remote or touch screen controls you can control the lighting, security, blinds, multimedia and climate.  These controls can also be accessed via the Internet."

An elevator services the quad-level home, leading to rooftop terraces and multiple decks that look out over the Ohio River.

"The rooftop terrace is probably one of the best features," Reynolds says.  "The terrace – and balconies – are perfect entertaining space."

Three floor plans are available for the 3,000-3,500-square-foot homes, and the interiors are fully customizable.

Because they're so customizable, new homes can't be built until a buyer's selections are made.

That's where the model comes in.

"There has never been a better time to buy with the value of the homes and the low interest rates," Reynolds says.  "Interest in the model home is just starting to build, since it was just ready for viewing last week.  Everyone that has seen it so far has been impressed with the construction and all of the amenities."

Reynolds also says that the location offers many advantages, including its close proximity to both downtown and Columbia Tusculum and the bike trail and public boat launch at Schmidt Field.
