Thursday is the new Sunday for local realtor

Beginning this week and continuing throughout October, Realtor Doug Spitz will begin an experiment in adaptability. Noticing that conventional Sunday afternoon open houses were missing some faces, Spitz is adjusting with the times to hit prospective buyers on their way home from work on Thursday evenings. "As time becomes less available thanks to our ramped up schedules, people are not always able to sacrifice three hours out of their Sundays to go house hunting. Holding open houses on Thursdays will give curious hunters the opportunity to visit homes on their way home from work or on their way back downtown for dinner."

Spitz is counting on new home owners falling in love with the convenience of Urban living while experiencing house tours in a different light. Literally. "A house looks different at dusk and the view of the sun setting over Prospect Hill is just spectacular. It can give a buyer a different perspective on what it would be like to come home to one of these beautiful homes." Joining in his efforts to showcase the benefits of an urban lifestyle is Realtor Sonda Crawford.

Open houses occur each Thursday evening from 5 to 7 with at least four of the city's best view properties open for touring in Prospect Hill on Milton and Boal Streets. For more information, contact Doug Spitz at 513-616-3798 or [email protected].
