Linwood makes Zillow’s list of “most-loved neighborhoods”
As property values increase around the country, shoppers are investing in urban homes near city centers.

The most loved neighborhoods in the country aren’t always in the suburbs. In Zillow’s list of 2018’s most-loved neighborhoods, there were a few, including Linwood (No. 28), that point to the growing trend of homeowners purchasing urban properties close to city centers.
Places like Linwood/Columbia-Tusculum have historic charm and beautiful old homes with values that are quickly increasing but are still low compared to other areas, making them affordable places to invest in property while still taking advantage of city amenities.
