What do you do in your new position at Rik Saylor Financial?
Manage all aspects of operations from HR and accounting to compliance and process improvements for a small financial services company in order alleviate operational stress on our client relations team.

What's great about living/working in Cincinnati?
Cincinnati has fantastic restaurants and access to great entertainment venues like Riverbend and Kings Island. I also love the local favorites like LaRosa’s, Skyline, Graeter’s and the Cincinnati Reds!
What part of town do you live in, and what do you most like about the neighborhood in which you live?
I live in West Chester. They have great schools at Lakota and plenty of great places to shop and eat.
