With their sights set on critical mass and creating the impact needed to make a project like CoSign a truly replicable process, the minds at the Carol Ann and Ralph V. Haile/US Bank Foundation and the American Sign Museum decided they had a job to finish in Northside. A second installation of nine additional signs was once again introduced on Black Friday of 2013 to the already existing signage from 2012’s first ever CoSign initiative. And, boy, did it leave a mark.
