Southbank Partners announced it hired Covington resident Marshall Slagle, of Marshall Slagle Planning LLC, to work on the Southbank Imagination 2020 Plan for the river cities of Ludlow, Covington, Newport, Bellevue, Dayton and Fort Thomas.
