Emalee Ridgway

I am support staff for our planning and landscape architecture departments. My work ranges from broad-based land planning & development projects to small scale design. i.e. rain gardens, courtyards, and playgrounds. What I like best about this job is the people. Kleingers is a wonderful place to work with great people. They are very personable and handle clients and projects with a great deal of professionalism. I also like the variety of projects. We do a lot of school projects and are gearing up to do more park and specialty landscape architecture design projects. I like working in a multidisciplinary firm. Our staff of engineers, surveyors, planners, and landscape architects is very inclusive and works well together to support various project efforts and create new opportunities. Cincinnati is a good place to work and raise a family. It has the opportunities of a big city while having the support network of close friends and family. I enjoy living in Hyde Park because it is a walkable community with many amenities
