Amanda Neyer

Neyer Properties is a full-service commercial real estate developer specializing in sustainable development, construction management, investment, and redevelopment.  I support the other departments with their marketing needs. If someone needs flyers, pictures, poster boards, or any other sort of collateral for their meetings the marketing department handles it. I try to make sure that everything is as up to date as possible. For example, if there is a site plan has changed and the image needs to be updated I make sure it is changed on all mediums from hard copy to online.

I like that it’s not the same thing every day, therefore I cover a wide range of marketing tasks. I enjoy having variety and like that I have the freedom to use my creativity whether that is through writing or design.

I like living in Cincinnati because it gives you both the city and small-town atmosphere simultaneously. It’s big enough that we get major Broadway shows and headlining concert tours yet small enough that if you mention where you went to high school (or grade school for that fact!) – on either side of the city – you know where it’s at, you’ve probably been there, and you most likely know more than a handful of people that person grew up with.

Amberley is central to so many places and easily accessible to all major highways. It’s more of a residential area where everyone knows everyone; it’s a tight-knit community. There’s also several locally-owned businesses which I think contributes to that community-feeling. Everyone is constantly looking out for one another.
