Fast Company announced the winners of their 2019 World Changing Ideas Awards, and Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, along with local social innovation firm Design Impact, received an honorable mention in the Experimental category.
The award recognized their collaboration on Justice Promoters, an experimental resident advocate model to reduce eviction in Cincinnati. The pilot looked at how residents could reduce eviction rates and fight unfair housing practices in their own communities through creative tools, organizing, and advocacy.
