After taking the No. 2 spot last year, Cincinnati was ranked the No. 1 best cities for college graduates in 2019. Affordability was the main reason, with low cost of living contributing to paying off student loan debt faster and being able to save more for things like the down payment on a house or retirement. Also, nearly 20 percent of the population is in its 20s, creating a community of like-minded people.
