FRIDAY
Live, local and accoustic all under the stars in Eden Park

Looking for something different? Ever wonder who uses the Seasongood Pavilion in Eden Park? This Friday you can find answers to both those questions. The Greater Cincinnati Balladeers contine their annual tradition of Edensong each Friday evening through August 1. The outdoor concerts are free and feature live, local acoustic music. Bring a blanket and some friends and discover one of the simple pleasures of Summer in Cincinnati.
Music begins at 8 pm.

SATURDAY
Smokin' Jazz in Newport

Relive Newport's infamous bawdy history at the Southgate House this Saturday with The Silver Slipper's retrospective of the Jazz Era that started in the 1920s.  Tropicoso and Michael McIntire and the Marmalade Brigade also join the group to round out a full night of steamy dance hall ambience.  Doors open at 7:30 p.m. and music starts at 8:30 pm in the ballroom (non-smoking).  Admission is only $8 (21 and up) and $10 (18-20).  A pair of tickets may also be purchased online for $12 here

SUNDAY
Everybody into the REVIVE pool party

Nothing beats an old fashioned pool party, except of course, a new take on an old fashioned pool party. Grab your best speedo or bikini and beat the heat this Sunday afternoon at REVIVE, a monthly pool party hosted by BANG Nightclub and Q-102 from 11am – 4pm at the Downtown Millennium Hotel on 5th Street. Take the elevator to the 4th floor and look for the fun.  A $10 cover gets you access to a full bar, Dj's by the pool side and a whole lot of Marco Polo in the deep end. A portion of the proceeds benefit Give Back Cincinnati.
