Let The Holiday Fun Begin
November 10-15
Christmas is right around the corner and that means the mayhem of holiday shows has begun. Kicking-off this season’s line-up is Broadway Across America’s very own White Christmas. With music and lyrics by Irving Berlin, this holiday favorite is finally taking to the stage as a fresh new musical. If you're not familiar with this classic tale, then there’s no better time than the present to get acquainted with the two buddies who decide to put on a show in a magical Vermont inn and happen to find their soul mates along the way. The musical features hits like "Blue Skies," "How Deep is the Ocean" and let's not exclude the memorable title song, "White Christmas." The tour's stop at the Aronoff Center only lasts a couple of weeks so get your tickets now and begin dreaming of your own white Christmas. Click here for tickets and show times. If you’re looking for a little more fun to get you into the Christmas spirit and help with that early holiday shopping, the Cincinnati Convention Center is hosting The Greater Cincinnati Holiday Market this weekend. Browse more than 100 vendors for gift ideas, gourmet food, women's apparel and accessories, jewelry, specialty children's clothing and decor, toys and children's books and more. The Market will take place Friday through Sunday, opening at 10:00 a.m. each day and closing at 8:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and 5:00 p.m. on Sunday. Cost of admission is $8; free for children 13 and under.

Sticking It To The Man
November 13
What happens when members of a British art collective decide to go rogue, question authority and show the corporate world who's really boss? You get the creation of PREFAB77- a provocative collective based in the northeast of England that challenges the norms of the establishment, war, politics, religion, and sexuality. PREFAB77 began their revolutionary art movement on the streets of England, and continue to incorporate this freeing sidewalk notion into their exhibits. They cross the ocean this week for their first solo exhibition in the U.S. to be held at The BLDG gallery in Covington, KY. Shot at from Both Sides is a collection of PREFAB77's original pieces and prints that draw inspiration from both sides of the Atlantic. Their works use a variety of mediums including a mixture of acrylic, spray-paint and varnish and inks on wood or paper. The best part is PREBFAB77 won't restrain all the artwork inside the gallery, some large scale pieces and wheat pastes will be on display outside on the streets. Shot at from Both Sides opens this Friday from 8:00 p.m.-12:00 a.m. at The BLDG. Show will continue through December 31st. Come see how being bad can be so good.

Pint-sized Diva
November 13-15
You may know her as boozie April Rhodes from the highly-addictive television comedy GLEE or perky Olive Snook from recently buried Pushing Daises, or perhaps it's as the good witch Glinda from Broadway's Wicked, either way, Kristin Chenoweth is lighting up the stage at Music Hall this weekend. The Cincinnati Pops Orchestra-under the conduction of Steven Reineke and Michael Kosarin-reunites with the Tony and Emmy Award-winning and Golden Globe-nominated starlet for a special program featuring her famous hits as well as a reprisal of her role as Glinda the Good Witch. Chenoweth may be short in stature but this firecracker is reaffirming that good things come in small packages. Chenoweth will perform Friday and Saturday evening with an afternoon show on Sunday; a special Legacy Dinner will be held prior to Saturday's show as a tribute to Maestro Kunzel and a fundraiser for the Eric Kunzel Pops Legacy Fund-concert not included in dinner ticket. Click here for tickets and show times.
