Celebrate the new 125th Anniversary Hudepohl Amber Lager paired with a spectacular menu by chef Josh Campbell, of Mayberry. The lager is amber in color with a malty body, a touch of hops, and low units of bitterness - the perfect accompaniment to a spiced lamb burger with lemon cucumber yogurt sauce and Hudepohl Amber Lager mustard glazed baby back ribs and more. CS13 Re-Opening Party & Fundraiser

CS13, a not-for-profit, self-financed gallery and performance space located in Over-the-Rhine that has been in operation since June of 2009, is re-opening in a new space. A dinner party will be held Friday at 7:00 p.m. highlighted with centerpieces by local artists which will be auctioned off as a fundraiser. The following night, Saturday, October 2nd, CS13 will present an evening of short sets by ten bands from 7-11 p.m. followed by a dance party at Grammer's.

Attend the The Art Academy of Cincinnati's Alumni Association annual party for the city. The exhibit will include artis Rebecca Nava who will create a floor piece with her wood chips and paintings, Lish Emley will be there to display her neon/glow in the dark sculptural paintings, Lisa Merida-Paytes will expand her art onto the wall and floor creating a new installation which includes a variety of relief sculptures, Matt Morris and Eric Ruschman will develop a collaborative wall floor installation and Quincy Robinson is displaying a group of toys he and his associates have designed to showcase the history of toy making in Cincinnati. Event is free and open to the public.

Paper Dolls by Tiger Lily Press Exhibition

NVISION, a locally owned retail shop offering fun and affordable handcrafted clothing, art and furniture will present an exhibition of Paper Dolls created from mixed media in 2D and 3D including various printmaking techniques. All pieces will be available for purchase. The Tiger Lily press is a traditional fine art print studio in The Dunham Recreation Center's art building in the neighborhood of Price Hill.

View prints of Cincinnati from 1860 to 1890 on display through November 18, 2010. This new exhibit offers views of Cincinnati during its 19th century "heyday" from notable national publications, including Frank Leslie's Illustrated Newspaper and Harper's Weekly. The exhibit features historic prints on loan from the Mary Baskett Collection and an anonymous lender. The event is free and open to the public.

Eco Art Walk

2600 Block of Short Vine

A vacant storefront on Short Vine will be transformed by The Future Blooms team to create installations made from commonly discarded goods to raise awareness about recycling and the concept of re-use in everyday life. Future Blooms is a community beautification project, specifically aimed at the aesthetic enhancement of vacant, abandoned and foreclosed properties. Enjoy art, entertainment, music and special values at businesses. Free and open to the public.
